"Battery didn’t last like I expected"
I was expecting the battery to hold up for a decent amount of time, but it died way faster than I thought it would. Disappointing overall.

"Not really worth what I paid"
The battery worked fine, so I’ll give it that, but the total price felt way too high for what I ended up getting. I saw similar options for less afterward, so I’m disappointed and feel like I should get some kind of refund or price adjustment.

"Install Was Fine, Follow-Up Kinda Meh"
The install itself went okay, no real problems there. But the follow-up was a little slow, to be honest. Like, they did get back to me eventually, so it wasn’t terrible or anything, I just felt like the answers could’ve been clearer and came a bit faster. Overall it was fine, just not the smoothest after the main work was done.

"I had an issue with my battery order..."
I had an issue with my battery order and it was kind of frustrating at first. It took longer than I expected to get a straight answer, I was starting to get annoyed. Customer service did come through in the end though and fixed the problem, so I appreciate that. Not the easiest experience, but at least they made it right. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something super fast.

"Warranty Claim got Sorted"
Had a Battery issue and ended up needing to use the warranty. Support took a little while to get back to me, which was a bit annoying, but they did actually help me out and got everything Fixed. Overall, Fair experience.

"Roadside help was basically useless"
I used 1800battery.com when my car battery died because I thought it would be a quick and easy roadside fix. I feel stupid now for trusting them when I was already stuck and stressed.
The wait time kept changing, and every time I tried to get an update, nobody could give me a straight answer. By the time they were supposedly going to show up, I had already called a friend to come help me instead.
It was just really frustrating when all I needed was someone dependable. I wouldn’t use them again for roadside assistance

"Pretty good service overall"
The guy who came out was really polite and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained the battery problem in a way that made sense without getting all technical, and he got it taken care of fast. I’m taking off one star because the time window was kind of bigger than I would’ve liked, but once he showed up, everything was fine. I’d probably use them again

"Getting My Refund Was So Frustrating"
I cancelled my order, but getting the refund back turned into such a headache. It took way longer than I expected, and I kept having to reach out just to ask what was going on. it was really frustrating and left me feeling disappointed with the whole experience.

"Battery fit right on the first try"
I ordered a battery from 1800battery.com and my main worry was whether it was actually going to fit my car. I entered my car info, hoped for the best, and the one that showed up was the right size, with the terminals exactly where they needed to be, so that was a relief...
Putting it in was straightforward, and the car started right up after. No back and forth, no return hassle, no trying to make something work that clearly doesn’t, which is always the part I dread. So yeah, happy with how it went

"Good repair, but the wait was frustrating"
The battery replacement itself went fine once the tech finally showed up, but he was almost two hours late. I had to call just to find out what was going on, which was annoying. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who plans their day around an appointment, so better communication and punctuality would make a big difference. Not terrible service overall, but they definitely need to work on showing up on time

"Got the battery in, but it was a little messy"
The battery got installed and my car started right up afterward, so that part was fine. I was relieved because I had errands to run and a half-melted iced coffee sitting in the cup holder. The tech seemed a little rushed though, and there was some dirt left around the battery area when he was done. Not a huge deal, and I’m not mad about it, but I did expect it to be a bit cleaner.

The site showed the item was in stock, so I went ahead with it, but then I found out it actually wasn’t available. To make it more frustrating, I got transferred around when I tried to get help, and nobody really seemed to have a clear answer.
